2. Intellectual Property & Copyright All content included on this site, such as photographs, images, text, and logos, is the property of Tom Holmes and is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the artwork without express written permission.

3. Product Accuracy We strive to display the colors and images of our prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Each print is made to order; slight variations in cropping may occur depending on the size selected.

4. Pricing and Payments Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We use secure third-party payment processors (via Shopify) and do not store your credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. While we aim to meet all lead times, shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. T C Holmes Photography is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal strikes, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any customs fees or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
