At T C Holmes Photography, we believe that capturing the beauty of our planet comes with a responsibility to protect it. Our shipping and fulfilment strategy is designed to minimise our carbon footprint while ensuring your fine art prints arrive in perfect condition.

Our Commitment to the Planet

To ensure our environmental impact is as small as possible, we have partnered with industry-leading printing houses that share our values of sustainability, craftsmanship, and carbon conscious production. Every single print is printed to order.

THE PRINTSPACE

For our orders in the Northern Hemisphere, we work with thePrintSpace, the UK’s first 100% end-to-end carbon neutral fine art printing service, with fulfilment centres in the UK, Germany and the USA. Prints typically take 2 to 4 days to make.

They minimise energy usage at every stage and use 100% renewable energy suppliers. Any unavoidable emissions are offset through Gold Standard renewable energy projects (such as wind power projects in India), following WWF guidance.

Sustainable materials

All Giclée papers are sourced from sustainable forest management areas. They also recycle silver from the C-type photographic process.

plastic-free packaging

All packaging is 100% recyclable or biodegradable. Your prints are protected by sustainably sourced envelopes and tubes.

Hound & Bone Studio

For orders in the Southern Hemisphere, we partner with Hound & Bone Studio in Melbourne, Australia. Prints typically take 4 to 6 days to make as Hound & Bone are a small, boutique printer.

Craftsmanship over Waste

H&B is a boutique studio that prioritises archival longevity. By using the highest quality materials, they ensure prints last a lifetime, discouraging the throwaway culture of cheap, mass-produced art.

Local and Recyclable

They use locally sourced, recyclable cardboard and paper-based packaging, minimizing the use of plastics and reducing the transit distance for Australian and NZ orders.
